At Cadman Rock we strive to create beauty to be cherished for years to come with excellent silversmith detailing and gemstone glory.
Our artisan collective was founded in 2020, however due to the pandemic we launched in July 2022. We are dedicated to handcrafted jewellery and are committed to sustainable luxury business practices, our craftspeople, and the preservation of our earth.

Rachel Winder is the creator of Cadman Rock. She began her travels early in life when she spent a year in Italy as an exchange student. It was there that she fell in love with the centuries-old traditions of Italian craftsmanship and the importance of quality.
A few years later she visited Bali with friends, and she was immediately captivated by the Balinese culture and their dedication to craft. These experiences have been instrumental in shaping her taste and aesthetic.
Cadman Rock Collections are inspired by the jewellery Rachel admires from around the world, as well as by the jewellery box of heartfelt moments that she shared with her grandmother. Each piece evokes a sense of history and adventure, making them unique, special and truly collectable.
We are artisans
We work with artisans worldwide who share our commitment to quality craftsmanship and sustainability.
Our pieces are designed in New Zealand and are handmade with care by our skilled artisans. We use only the finest materials sourced from responsible suppliers.

We are a community
At our workshop we are fuelled by the spirit of togetherness and creation. We work collaboratively with each person bringing their own unique skills and expertise to the table. From inspiration and design to stone selection, moulding and casting, we work together to create beautiful pieces of art.
Our team of 14 craftspeople includes artists, metal smiths, and other skilled workers, spanning multiple generations. This wealth of experience and knowledge is what allows us to create truly exceptional pieces. Whether it's a simple ring design or a complex hand woven bracelet, we're dedicated to creating pieces that are both beautiful and meaningful.

Our designs are inspired by beauty, and joie de vivre (joy of life). They are not limited by gender. We strive to create products that are both stylish and functional, and that will make our customers feel their best. We know that when our customers look good, they feel good, and we love being part of this journey.
We are sustainable luxury
We only use the best quality stones to build our collections. We work with a wide range of reputable traders who ethically source their gems and stones, using only the best cutting techniques. This allows us to offer a wide range of luxurious gems for our customers to choose from. We pride ourselves on being able to offer something to everyone.

At Cadman Rock we are committed to codes of practice that ensure our stones and metals are conflict-free and ethically produced. We work closely with our suppliers to meet our high standards. We are confident that our practices make a positive difference in the world, and we will continue to work hard to uphold our commitment to ethical sourcing and production.
The same commitment is applied to our packaging our jewellery boxes is paper and recyclable. We are constantly looking for ways to reduce our environmental impact, and our next goal is to become certified by the Forest Stewardship Council.
