Refund policy
Other than Sale items buying jewellery on line is 100% risk free as we offer a 30 day return policy for New Zealand and 60 days for the rest of the world. For sale items, the no returns policy applies.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will exchange your purchase free of charge one time only, thereafter a further shipping charge will be required to send your exchange.
To start a return within 30 days (NZ only) or 60 days (rest of the world) of the delivery date, you can contact us at support@cadmanrock.com. If your return is accepted, please return your item using a track and trace courier. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can always contact us for any return question at support@cadmanrock.com. If the relevant time period has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will repair any manufacturing fault (broken clasps, claws coming loose or wire breakage) at no cost within 6 months of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. Please return your item using a track and trace courier.
Manufacturing faults do not include chipped, cracked or broken gemstones, broken chains.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Cadman Rock accepts returns for products purchased on the Cadman Rock website, except in a sale period. If you purchased Cadman Rock at a retail store or another website we can not arrange a return for you, you need to work with the store or website you originally purchased from and adhere to their store policies.
Each stone is individual so there may be some sight variations in colour and size. These semi precious gemstones are not as hard as precious gemstones like diamonds. Therefore they may have some subtle inclusions, lines, marks or chips. The design aesthetic of Cadman Rock is less polished and more organic.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
